From the desk of School Head
It is indeed a feeling of utmost pride to be the HOS of ASVJ Sr. Sec. School Darya Ganj. Established in the year 1869, the building has been declared a heritage site by the Government. The openness with a beautiful garden, spacious rooms, a big library, and ample playing ground makes it even more serene. It has a splendid past where the teaching was imparted by freedom fighters, students followed the tradition of wearing topi (the school was also referred to as topi wala school in the past.) Many eminent personalities in politics and medicine have excelled in their respective field and are prominent alumni of the school.
I am grateful for the active and constructive role of our management in trying to provide the best education to the students of the school. Positive motivational techniques are adapted to encourage students as well as teachers to give their best.
